Julia meets Peter, a musician, while she’s still a schoolgirl. She falls in love and begins an affair with him; but Peter is a married man, and it is actions, not intentions, that bear consequences. A story set largely in the fifties and sixties, JULIA is an exploration of responsibility, guilt and expiation. It is also the story of a passionate love that lasts a lifetime.
